Yes. ChattyFit is free to download and you can use the core experience with a limited number of personalized workouts each month. Optional ChattyFit Pro subscriptions unlock deeper controls (like smart exercise replacements, unlimited program updates, and priority support) when you want more power.

ChattyFit currently runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. When you pair an Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or newer, the app pushes fully custom workouts directly to the Watch using Apple's Custom Workouts API, so your sessions (sets, reps, tempo, rest timers) show up natively in the Workout app without juggling extra screens.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Your data stays on your device with encrypted iCloud backup for syncing across your Apple devices. We never sell your information, never share it with third parties, and you can delete everything at any time. Your fitness journey is private and secure.

Can it replace a real personal trainer?
